PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Please allow for additional processing time around major sales or during holidays.

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact me as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate your request, however, if the order has already shipped, cancellation is not guaranteed. 

SHIPPING FEES
I currently offer free shipping on all orders over $80 within Canada and the contiguous US. $8 flat-rate shipping fee is applied to orders under $80.

SHIPPING TIME
Canada:
Shipments within Canada are delivered in 4 -10 business days, depending on postage and location.

USA:
Shipments to US are delivered in 4-10 business days, depending on postage and location.

International:
If you’d like to place an order from outside the US or Canada, please send me a message. I’d be happy to arrange shipping for you, but I’ll need to determine the shipping costs for each order individually.
